Terms & Community Guidelines

Predictly Social is a free game where you predict real-world outcomes and build a track record. It is not gambling and not a betting service. There are no wagers, no cash prizes, no payouts, and no way to deposit, withdraw, or transfer money or anything of monetary value. Scores are points only, for fun and bragging rights.

You must be at or above your country's minimum digital age to hold your own account — that's 13 in the US and many countries, 16 across much of the EU, and 18 in India and some others; signup applies your country's threshold automatically. A younger player's Family Mode — a guardian-controlled space — is coming later; until then, under-age accounts are held. If you register a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian.

Predictly Social is family-safe. The full rules live in the Posting Policy, which every account accepts and which forms part of these terms. The short version — when you post predictions, takes, comments, or counter-picks, keep it clean and kind:

• No harassment or hate. No bullying, threats, slurs, or targeting people.
• No adult, violent, or illegal content, and nothing that sexualizes minors — ever.
• No spam, scams, or ads, and no attempts to make predictions look like real-money betting.
• No impersonation or sharing others' private information.
• Play it straight. Don't manipulate outcomes, resolutions, or leaderboards.

Report anything that crosses the line with the report button. Moderators may hide content, void disputed resolutions, mute, or remove accounts that break these rules.

You own what you post. By posting, you give us permission to display and distribute it inside Predictly Social (for example, in feeds, club hubs, and share cards). Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

You can export your data or delete your account any time from Manage Your Account → Your data & account. Deletion runs after a 7-day grace period and permanently removes your picks, comments, reactions, follows, stats, and voice pitches; predictions you authored that others have played remain, with your name removed. Kid accounts are removed by their guardian. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove accounts that abuse the service, and we may change or pause features to keep the community safe and running. The service is provided "as is," without warranties, and predictions are for entertainment only — not advice.
